theoryg: on another note some of the old cuts are just that old but i have been snooping around and there is a lot of fantastic sound out there and easy to get to. the stuff seems to never stop.theoryg: i think chicago house started to loose momentum as hip hop and rap begin to make it to the public. the environment changed with the new genre of music. house promoted style but rap and hip hop promoted something different. i think the sounds will pick up when the world gets its self togethor remember house orginated in simpler times. now you got to worry about ur job if you have one. lol thanks to obama when things do get better the sounds will too.

cmahdi: unfortunatley , i agree with infiniteindigochilde ,the hey day for this music was the early to mid 80's and the beggining of the 1990"s after that it lost its luster, commercialism had gotten a strangle hold on the music. now the deejay and unfortunately mr. knuckles have become selfish in their playing styles they no longer give it up to their constituency who got them to their enjoyed level of fame and fortune. like common said i miss h.e.rToxikMuzik: good stuff, btw, if you guys like electro house n house music check out my channel, i have many songs you'll like.
